The Taste of YOGA is back, Buffalo!Expect 30 minute back-to-back "tastes" of yoga from various studios plus health and wellness experience stations. Take as many classes as you want and leave the rest. Feel free to ebb-n-flow in as you wish. No rules. Be sure to bring your yoga mat!
