For the fourth year, Taste of the Republic helps to kick off Fiesta 2020 with a culinary event highlighting the cuisine of Texas. The event is in partnership with, and is a fundraiser for, Fiesta San Antonio, South Central Texas’s biggest charitable event. Chef Brian West brings together more than a dozen talented local chefs to interpret the “Six Food Republics of Texas” based upon his Texas Culinary Manifesto. Nibble on gourmet bites paired with the perfect wine. Cocktail tastings and beer add to the VIP experience, as does the cool beats from DJ Donnie Dee.
Taste of the Republic will begin on Thursday June 17th at 5 pm at the Marriott Plaza San Antonio Conference Center, and wraps up at 9 pm with the view of Fiesta fireworks! VIP tickets are limited due to space, so purchase early to join Chef West and his friends. VIP Tickets are $90 and available through the Fiesta San Antonio website. Tickets will not be available at the door.
