Do you live in Middle Tennessee? Have you have been dying to try new African foods but don’t know where to start? Join us on July 5th, at the Eloisa Salazar Event Center in Nashville, TN for a delicious culinary adventure and explore Senegambian Traditional Cuisine and Event Planning.
This tasting offers samples of a rich blend of flavors from Senegal and The Gambia. From savory dishes like Cheebu Jen or Yapp (Jollof Rice w/Fish or Beef), Yassa (Braised Chicken w/Caramelized Onions) Domoda/Maffe, (Rich & Delicious African Peanut Stew) and delectable snacks like Meatpie/Fataya (Fried Pastry filled with Meat), Akara, (Black-Eyed Pea Fritters), Homemade drinks such as Bissap (Hibiscus), Bouye (Baobab), Ginger, and so much more!
