Let us transport you to the heart of Rome for an evening of Italian culinary excellence, presented by Léal's Executive Chef, Lance Ramhurst.

Doors open at 6pm for cocktail hour, with dinner beginning promptly at 7pm.

Cocktail Hour: Begin your journey with tray-passed hors d'oeuvres and a no-host bar featuring crafted Roman specialty cocktails and handpicked Italian wines.

First Course: A classic Roman Caesar Insalata | Romaine lettuce, anchovies, crispy pancetta, croutons, and a creamy Caesar dressing, topped with shaved Pecorino Romano.

Second Course: Bucatini Carbonara | Al dente bucatini pasta tossed in a rich sauce of guanciale, eggs, Pecorino Romano, and black pepper.

Third Course: A delectable plate of Roasted Porchetta | Glazed shallots, fennel gratin, and a side of roasted seasonal vegetables that capture the essence of Roman flavors.

Dessert: End your meal with a delicious Crostata di Ricotta | A traditional Roman Ricotta cheesecake, with a buttery crust and a hint of citrus.

Immersive Ambiance:
Dine surrounded by 360º views of Rome, with the sounds of traditional Italian music filling the air. This immersive experience will transport you straight to the lively streets of Italy’s eternal city!

Our pop-up wine bar will feature a selection of Léal Vineyards' and MOHI Ranch's featured wines, along with local Morgan Hill favorites. Whether it's a glass or the whole bottle, enjoy the flavors of Fortino's 2023 Central Coast Pinot Grigio, Guglielmo's 2020 Private Reserve Barbera, or Solis's 2020 Sangiovese!

Tickets include the full dining experience, featuring all courses and the immersive ambiance. Please note that cocktails and beverages from the bar will be available for purchase separately.
