Oktoberfest may be over in Germany (and the Lowcountry)—but here in Cane Bay, we’re not done celebrating. Join us on Saturday, October 18 from 1–5 p.m. for a Taste of Oktoberfest, our traveling version of our favorite beer holiday.
Expect cold pours of Fam’s Brewing Co. Oktoberfest, festive food specials, and a few signature games, like the Beer Puppet Challenge and the always-competitive Stein Hoist.
It’s a smaller setup than the big kickoff and finale parties, but the fun? Just as strong.
Put on your lederhosen or Dirdls, grab a brat, and come party with us the Famulari's way.

Oktoberfest Costume Contest (1:30 p.m.)
Break out the lederhosen or dirndl and strut your stuff. Two best-dressed winners will be crowned.
Prize: $100 house cash ($50 each)
Beer Puppet Challenge (3:00 p.m.)
Control your beer with strings and race to take a sip, easier said than done. Ponchos provided upon request.
Prize: $100 house cash
Stein Hoist Competition (4:30 p.m.)
How long can you hold it up? A $15 entry fee gets you in and includes a Hoptoberfest stein to keep.
