Calling Kansas City Scandinavians! Would you like to learn how to make lefse and krumkake, or maybe just eat some? Our second annual Taste of Norway event will feature baking demonstrations by members and friends of the local Sons of Norway lodge. Attendees can get hands-on experience making these delicious Norwegian treats.
You can also sample rømmegrøt (a traditional Norwegian porridge made with sour cream, whole milk, wheat flour, butter, and salt), glögg (a traditional Nordic spiced drink), heart-shaped Norwegian waffles, coffee and tea.
