## ?️ Menu

### ? Course 1: Appetizer

Pav Bhaji Sliders A gourmet twist on Mumbai's iconic street food. Soft, butter-toasted mini pav (buns) served with a rich, spiced mashed vegetable curry (bhaji), garnished with finely chopped red onions and a squeeze of fresh lime. Wine Pairing: Sparkling Rosé – Its crisp acidity and fruit-forward profile complement the spice and richness of the bhaji.

### ? Course 2: Soup

Kolhapuri Tamatar Saar (Spiced Tomato Broth) A light yet intensely flavorful and aromatic tomato broth, subtly spiced with Kolhapuri goda masala, cumin, black pepper, and a touch of jaggery. Wine Pairing: Pinot Noir – A light-bodied red with earthy undertones that balances the sweet and spicy notes of the broth.

### ? Course 3: Salad

Kachumber Salad with Pomegranate and Roasted Peanuts A crisp and refreshing salad featuring diced cucumbers, tomatoes, red onions, and green chili, elevated with pomegranate seeds and roasted peanuts. Dressed in lime juice and roasted cumin. Wine Pairing: Sauvignon Blanc – Its citrusy brightness and herbal notes enhance the freshness of the salad.

### ? Course 4: Main Course

Butter Chicken (Murgh Makhani) Tender chicken in a creamy, mildly spiced tomato-cashew-butter gravy. Masale Bhaat (Spiced Rice) Fragrant Maharashtrian rice infused with whole spices. Bharli Vangi (Stuffed Baby Eggplant) Eggplants filled with a groundnut and coconut-based masala. Wine Pairing: Chardonnay (oaked) – Its creamy texture and subtle spice harmonize with the richness of the butter chicken and the earthy eggplant.

### ? Course 5: Dessert

Kulfi Falooda Parfait A deconstructed take on a beloved Mumbai dessert. Layers of kulfi, vermicelli noodles, sweet basil seeds, rose syrup, and chopped nuts. Wine Pairing: Moscato d’Asti – Lightly sparkling and sweet, it pairs beautifully with floral and nutty dessert notes.
