Indulge in the ultimate BBQ experience this July as Chef Ryan Arensdorf returns to Deer Valley for the second annual Taste of Luxury Smoked Series. During this two-day event, Chef Ryan will showcase the distinct flavors of Kansas City style BBQ, complemented by scenic chairlift rides to and from dinner, and the option to extend your evening with the Jason Isbell and the 400Unit concert at the Snow Park Outdoor Amphitheater. JULY 13: VIP MEET & GREET, DINNER & CONCERT
The VIP meet and greet reception with Kansas City style BBQ Chef Ryan Arensdorf begins at 4 p.m., followed by a “welcome back to Deer Valley dinner” at 4:30 p.m. for his second annual Taste of Luxury Smoked Series. Diners will take the chairlift up to Silver Lake Lodge to mix and mingle with Arensdorf, Deer Valley's Director of Beverage, and Executive Chef. Enjoy tasting some of the smoked and grilled foods that have made Arensdorf famous. After you've enjoyed the BBQ feast, head to the Jason Isbell and the 400 Unit concert at Snow Park Amphitheater starting at 7 p.m.
JULY 14: BBQ COOKING CLASS
Learn Kansas City style BBQ secrets from Chef Ryan Arensdorf in this hands-on cooking class. How often do you get the chance to fire up the grill with one of the best BBQ Chefs in the country? Deer Valley’s culinary team will be cooking alongside Chef Arensdorf at 2 p.m. on July 14, 2024 at Silver Lake Lodge for this one-of-a-kind culinary experience, which includes lunch and a beautiful wine or local beer pairing.
