Two seatings are available: one at 6PM and one at 8PM. Reservations are limited to 90 minutes.
This specialty tasting menu includes:
- Flight To Thailand: Papaya salad: sticky rice, BBQ pork, crying tiger sauce
- Welcome Drink: Sabai Sabai, Thai Whiskey, Lemon Juice, Simple Syrup, Club Soda
- Second Course: Tom Yum Soup: House made shrimp based broth with lemongrass, galangal, lime leaf, lime juice, Thai chili, mushrooms, shrimp, cilantro, scallion, touch of cream
- Third course: Pad Kraprow Gai: Stir Fry Thai Basil, minced chicken, Thai chilies
- Fourth Course: Gaeng Garee Talay: House-made turmeric-based curry paste with blue lump crab & shrimp
- Fifth Course: Pad Kee Mao: Drunken Noodles: Broad rice noodles, Chinese broccoli, holland peppers, green peppercorn, baby corn, prawns
- Sixth Course: Khao Kruk Kapi: Shrimp Paste Fried Rice, candied pork, fried dried shrimp, egg, long beans, mango, Thai chili, lime
- Seventh Course: Fried banana with ice cream and coconut flakes
