ORO’s Taste of Italia: Sicily menu features:
Tartare di Tonno
Hand-cut tuna dressed with a bright tomato glaze, set atop a velvety friselle sauce made from softened rustic bread, and drizzled with olive oil and herbs
Pasta alla Norma
Al dente rigatoni and sautéed eggplant, simmered in a rich tomato sauce, and finished with shaved ricotta salata and fresh basil
Pesce Spada alla Ghiotta
Grilled swordfish steaks gently braised in a savoury (passata gel) sauce of ripe tomatoes, olives, capers, and herbs
