4-Part Series, Thursdays: March 6, 13, 20 & 27, 2025, from 1:30pm to 3:00pm.
This class will be held in person and will have a cost of $25 per person.
Embark on a flavorful exploration of global cuisines, where culinary traditions meet modern wellness. This 4-part series will enhance participant’s knowledge of global culinary traditions, with a focus on the health benefits of spices, herbs, and culturally significant ingredients. Through interactive cooking sessions, participants will develop the skills to prepare nutritious meals using herbs and spices, sharpen kitchen skills, and explore recipes full of flavor that promote health and wellness.
Cancellation policy: Classes are subject to cancellation if a minimum number of attendees are not booked. If class is cancelled you will receive a notification confirmation to the e-mail that is provided during the registration process.
