About this Event
Embark on a flavorful exploration of global cuisines, where culinary tradtions meet modern wellness. This 4-part series will enhance participants knowledge of global culinary traditions with a focus on health benefits of spices, herbs, and culturally significant ingredients. Through interative cooking sessions participants will develop the skills to prepare nutritous meals using herbs and spices, sharpen knife skills, and explore recipes full of flavor that promote health and wellness.
Class will take place from 6-7:30 p.m. each session. Series dates are: February 26, March 5,12, 19th.
