Welcome two amazing guests:
1. Chair Yoga by Emma Miley from Loosen Up Yoga! (no Yoga experience required)
2. Breathing - Why is it so important?
Louise Durose from Living Well for Life will be joining us for a 60-min session. She is a qualified Wellness Coach as well as a Functional Breathing Instructor by Oxygen Advantage
Lou is passionate about helping people improve their physical, mental and emotional health by restoring functional breathing patterns, so they can truly live life well!
The quality of our breath impacts the proper functioning of our body and our mind. Improved breathing efficiency means better health, increased energy, improved physical performance, enhanced mental clarity, greater stress resilience, better digestive functioning, and more and better quality sleep.
When we breathe better everything works better!
