This workshop will focus 75% on solo drills and technique work to unlock our hips and learn the different isolations as well as combination movements that can be applied in partnerwork.
This workshop is ideal for anyone who wants to work on their own body movement and isolations as well as learn how it applies to other dance styles and improve their connection in partnerwork.
