Tarot & Tapping w/ V. is a 90-minute workshop that blends tarot with EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) — a simple, evidence-based tapping practice that helps calm the nervous system and release emotional stress stored in the body.
In this workshop, you’ll learn:
• What EFT is and how tapping works (in plain language, no weird jargon)
• How tarot can help identify emotional patterns, beliefs, and inner dialogue
• How to turn a tarot card into a short, personalized tapping script for healing and regulation
• Simple techniques you can use anytime you feel anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck
No prior EFT experience needed.
All tarot levels welcome.
This is gentle, grounded, and practical - not performative or overwhelming.
