Come join TARC and the Houlahan family as we take on a relaxed ~3 mile jaunt around beautiful Maudslay State Park in Newburyport, MA! This is a kiddo friendly 3 mile run (likely with some hiking thrown in) and all ages and family members are welcome. The Houlahan kids are 10, 8 and soon to be 5 years old. 😊We will meet at the parking lot ready to run at 9am. Make sure to bring warm layers, snacks and drinks. Afterward, we will have a fun hot cocoa tailgate. More info to come on that once we have a better idea of the total number of attendees. A pic of the tentative route is posted below but we may adjust and go farther from the river if it’s a windy day. All terrain strollers can be used on these trails provided the user and rider are accustomed to roots, gravel, mulch and hills. Parking is $5 for MA residents or you can buy an annual MA State Parks Pass. Bathrooms are available at the parking lot. More details available via the link below.
