Kiri Elworthy joins us to share the story of Tora Coastal Walk. Founded in 1995, this iconic agritourism venture is now three decades old. It is a trailblazer in the New Zealand private walk scene, and has managed to navigate change and stay abreast of customer expectations to become the success it is. Kiri shares the Walk’s incredible story and gives her insights into navigating the future as agritourism operators.

Julia Broughton - Pōhatu Farm
Julia and her husband Tom, farm Pōhatu farm, in Riversdale, Wairarapa. They launched an agritourism venture in December 2024 that takes advantage of the farms natural capital and Julia and Tom’s passion to create authentic, meaningful experiences for visitors. Julia will share her experience establishing this new venture, and give us her insights on adding an agritourism stream to the farm.
