Welcome to a weekly community clinic with Peter Heard, hosted at the Little House of Healing in Inglewood.
While I re-establish my clinic, 60 minute sessions are charged at $60 unwaged, $100 waged.
To book a session message my FB account, or 027 4313 544 or email [email protected]
I am a practitioner of The TARA Approach, a rich holistic approach to resolving trauma, supporting our innate healing capacity, and enlivening buoyancy in your nervous system.
TARA is particularly effective at resolving deep trauma and shock. Using TARA techniques I recovered from 40 years of anxiety and depression to become more whole, more myself, and more resilient. I work with any age, including babies in the womb, pregnant mothers, children teens and adults.
From an embryological perspective, we can work with attachment and coping patterns developed early in the womb, revitalising our original brilliance and de-consolidating the sticky patterns we developed to survive in adversity.
From a polyvagal perspective we can help unwind PTSD and nervous system disorder, bring buoyancy back to the nervous system and help creative responses emerge stronger than habituated patterns.
From a Jin Shin perspective we can enliven the rivers of energy in us, tapping into our birthright of energetic wellness. We can apply these methods as Self-Care - whenever needed - for ourselves and others.
From The Rediscovery Journey™ perspective we can journey to earlier times and bring ourselves back into wholeness, resolving the stuckness that can haunt us. This frees our evolutionary gateways so we can continue to evolve.
From a cranial perspective we can decompress the cranium, making space for Self, for understanding and insight. We can alleviate toxic shock, and help rigidity leave our lives. We can look at cravings and addictions and loosen their connections with our somato-sensory cortex.
AS you can hear, there is a rich layering in The TARA Approach. Come and see for yourself.
- please note, there are weekly clinics in Inglewood and New Plymouth using Jin Shin TARA - these group self-care sessions are not focused on the resolution of trauma, rather, they are aiming for nervous system resilience and being present (rather than regressing).
