About this Event
We hope you'll join us for a Sunday morning Wisdom Circle on the beautiful beaches of Coronado. At elemental, we believe the delusion that humans are separate from Nature brings us immeasurable suffering. The way for us to heal ourselves and the planet, is by reconnecting to Nature through mindful practices. When we realize we are Earth, we can reestablish a relationship of reciprocity with the Earth.
This Wisdom Circle will be centered on cultivating resilience. There is so much happening in the collective right now, and there is no better way to build resilience than remembering our true nature, in community. Drawing on the practice of Forest Bathing, a mindfulness practice originating in Japan, we will also offer mindful invitations to connect to the Nature surrounding us on the beach. Reconnecting to Nature includes rekindling our connection to the other-than-humans around us, for instance with the rocks, waves, and plants.
Wisdom Circles are a universal way that humans have come together in community for centuries, there is no one culture who owns this format of sharing from the heart and deep listening.
Time seems to melt away when sharing in a Wisdom Circle, so we encourage you to arrive early to get settled. Look for a small yard sign with our "elemental" logo to find us!
