Celebrated local performers Stann Gwynn, Clayton King, and Tracy Steele, along with Carolina Bluegrass Style, join forces with Ensemble Eclectica! to present a groundbreaking new signature production for 2025 - Tapestry of Sound! In keeping with our tradition, this year's production will feature music, dance and vocals, including the award-winning duo Roxana Marinoff and Cesar Davalos whose exceptional musicality and dance craftsmanship will stun audiences. Local performer, Mattie Mount, will amaze with her impressive tap dancing skills. And to round out the dance portion of the production, Columbia Classical Ballet will join Ensemble Eclectica! Three styles of dance, one stage!
Clayton King and Tracy Steele will also serve as co-emcees for the evening. And new this year, acclaimed Poet Laureate Ed Madden will take the stage to share one of his poems in a unique way-accompanied by live music. Throughout the evening, photography by Jim Guzel will be used to further enhance the production.
Maestra Suzanna Pavlovsky, CEO, Artistic and Music Director of Ensemble Eclectica!, describes the show as a unique approach to blending diverse sounds and genres. "Tapestry of Sound fuses different artistic styles and genres on one stage, creating a rich and dynamic experience for the audience," she says. "Experience the arts with someone you love, even if that someone is yourself."
The Evening's Schedule
6:30 PM: Pre-show entertainment by Carolina Bluegrass Style and an artwork exhibit by sculptor Jim Gleason, known for his innovative pieces created from musical instruments and their parts.
7:30 PM: Ensemble Eclectica! presents Tapestry of Sound: Bluegrass to Broadway and More... featuring:
