Maplewood was the first endeavor in Illinois to house a brewery and distillery under the same roof when it opened in 2014. Since then, Adam Cieslak and his brewing team have been pushing out expertly crafted beers from their Logan Square locale in Chicago, and we are elated to now be getting them in South Carolina!
