The Chamber Music Society of St Louis and the St Louis - Bologna Sister Cities invite you to Tapas Musicali, a Taste of Italy’s Musical Flavors, a classical music concert featuring mezzosoprano, Benedetta Orsi, and musicians of the Saint Louis Symphony Orchestra. Fun facts: The month of October is Italian Heritage Month in the United States which is why the Chamber Music Society of St Louis decided to partner with the St Louis-Bologna Sister Cities on this yearly tradition of a concert presenting Italy's vast musical heritage. Also, Benedetta Orsi, a native of St Louis' sister city Bologna, will be performing Sei arie per canto e orchestra d’archi by Italian composer Gaetano Donizetti.
