Course 2: Pimento Cheese Spread on Crostini paired with Bhilar, Shanela Albarino
Course 3: Artichokes & Spanish Ham paired with La Vinyeta, Llavors Blanco
Spanish ham with artichoke hearts, garlic, spring onion, pine nuts & lemon
Course 4: Honey lemon chicken wings paired with Bhilar Rioja Tinta
Course 5: Seafood Paella paired with paired with Hacienda Lopez de Haro, Rioja Gran Reserva
Spanish short grain rice, smoked paprika, shrimp, calamari, clams, mussels
Course 6: Spanish Flan paired with Can Sumoi, Sumoll Garnatxa
