Auditioning for “Elf the Musical,” or just looking to sharpen your skills? Join “Elf the Musical” choreographer Micki Smolenski for a Tap Workshop on Sunday, August 24, from 3-4p at Lions Recreation Studio, 411 South Maple Street in Mount Prospect. The cost will be $10 per participant.Micki Smolenski has previously choreographed MOS productions of Young Frankenstein, and The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee. She has also choreographed The Underground at Sigman Brothers Productions, at Miami University, and teaches dance at Studio Impulse in Mount Prospect. Micki is a graduate of Miami University where she studied Theatre and Software Engineering, and choreographed and directed multiple student productions.
