You stimulate these meridian points by tapping on them lightly with your fingertips – literally tapping into your body’s own energy and healing power.
In this workshop, you will learn the tapping points, the science behind why this practice works, and how acknowledging emotions helps participants create new energy patterns. The workshop will
conclude with a sound bath and guided meditation that promotes peace and relaxation.
