Class Description: Bootcamp
It's an approachable and welcoming group fitness class led by Certified Personal Trainers. Every class you will TAP IN to your potential with bodyweight exercises that can be scaled for all fitness levels. Bootcamp is an interval training workout, with bursts of intense activity and lighter activity for rest. You will always get a blend of strength and cardio for a full body workout.
