All other equipment will be provided. Just bring yourself, a friend and get ready for some brewery fitness and a great time. No sign up required.

Bootcamp:
It's an approachable and welcoming group fitness class led by Riley Coady a Certified Exercise Physiologist. Every class you will TAP IN to your potential with bodyweight exercises that can be scaled for all fitness levels. Bootcamp is an interval training workout, with bursts of intense activity and lighter activity for rest. You will always get a blend of strength and cardio for a full body workout.
