Join TANYS the weekend of November 15-17, 2024 at the state-of-the-art - located at (just outside Watertown) - for the 2024 TANYS Festival. This year's theme: A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Festival!
Get ready to see several productions, hear feedback from our adjudicators, attend workshops, see displays, congratulate Merit Award winners at the Saturday night Banquet (if you're one of them, come accept your award IN PERSON!) You'll learn, you'll network, and you'll have tons of FUN.
The TANYS Festival is one of the BEST deals you'll find anywhere for a WHOLE WEEKEND immersed in the live theatre experience. Whether you're new to Festival, or a longtime attendee, this event is the highlight of community theatre in New York State.

Our official Festival hotel is the Fairfield Inn & Suites Watertown Thousand Islands, Watertown. To get the discounted TANYS group rate of $119/night, reserve your room NO LATER THAN OCTOBER 24 by calling the front desk directly at 315-788-2800 and asking to reserve in the TANYS group block.
If you're on the TANYS postal mailing list, look for the Fall 2024 issue of CALLBOARD (the TANYS newsletter) to arrive soon with all the details. We'll also post an electronic version on the TANYS website. The CALLBOARD contains full information on the hotel, Festival schedule and other details.
Early registration deadline is SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 9, 2024. Any registrations received after this deadline will incur a $10 late fee. REMEMBER: current TANYS individual members get a BIG discount on ticket prices!

ALL online registration options will END at 5:00 PM on Tuesday, November 12, 2024. NOTE: TANYS is unable to issue refunds for Festival registrations after November 12, 2024. Sorry, no exceptions.

Q: What's included in a Superpass?
A: The Festival Superpass includes all 4 performance sessions, post-performance adjudications, workshops, the Friday night Afterglow (a gathering with fellow Festival folks for light food, drinks and conversation after the first performance session - open to Superpass holders ONLY), Saturday lunch (open to Superpass holders ONLY), Saturday night Awards Banquet, and Sunday lunch (open to Superpass holders ONLY). Clearly, a Superpass is BY FAR YOUR BEST DEAL to experience all the activities and fun of the Festival!
Q: My company is an Organizational member of TANYS. Does that mean I'm a TANYS member, so I can register at the TANYS Member rate?
A: No. To register at the TANYS Member rate, you must be a current paid INDIVIDUAL member of TANYS. A company's Organizational membership is NOT THE SAME as a person's Individual membership.
Q: What's a Qualified Participant?
A: A Qualified Participant is an Adjudicator, TANYS Board member, TANYS Festival Committee member, or verified actor/director/crew member/author for a Participating Company that has been invited to perform at Festival. ALL of the above, if they are not TANYS members, MUST be pre-approved to register at the Qualified Participant rate.
Q: I have special dietary needs for the Saturday lunch / Saturday night Banquet / Sunday lunch. How do I let you know?
