In this class we will explore the sensual journey of movement in our body. We go from asymmetrical to spiral movements and learn the essence of who we are. You will learn to awaken root energy through the understanding of your fluid nature. Explore and experience new ways to move, giving yourself the permission to unwind.
Discover the recess of your emotions as you bring attention to your wholeness, aliveness and center. Achieve higher potential in love and relationships with clear, expanded vibration. Bring water. My work is based on Continuum movement which I call Kinepathics.
