Have you always wanted to know what Tantra Yoga is? Are you freshly in a romantic relationship and would like to help shape this relationship in a meaningful and conscious way right from the start? Have you been in a tantra yoga course with us for a while and have often asked us if we could do something for interested but hesitant friends of yours?

The first module of this retreat offers you an in-depth and systematic introduction to the Tantra Yoga system, which consists of theoretical knowledge and practice (Hatha Yoga sessions, guided meditations and Tantric excercises).

What to expect in the first module

• What is Tantra Yoga? Principles of Tantra Yoga
• The secret law of resonance and how to apply it
• The importance of relaxation and awareness practice in Tantra
• The principle of polarity – the yin-yang of the universe
• Shiva as the divine masculine principle
• Shakti as the divine feminine principle and the special role of Her in Tantra
• Introduction to tantric sensuality
• Meditations with music designed to access distinct states
• Meditations in silence designed to quiet the mind and induce strong mental focus
• Specific yoga body postures and exercises done in the tantric spirit, facilitating a direct experience of the hidden potentials of the body
• Principles of Hatha Yoga: practicing yoga body postures (asana-s) correctly and the special role of asana-s in Tantra
• Sessions of questions and answers with discussion time for the group
• Reflecting moments to give an inner space for your own growth and observing the steps you are already taking throughout the course, evaluation and planning of future practice

In order to participate at the second module, which will take place between September 29th – 3rd of October 2023 you will need to have participated at the first module.

Please note, that you have to be at least 18 years old in order to participate at this retreat.

Teachers

​Chloe Hünefeld

Chloe is a healing practitioner and has been practicing the traditional yoga paths since 1995, with a focus on Tantra Yoga, Hatha Yoga and Karma Yoga. Since 1998 she has been teaching almost daily preventive health methods of traditional yoga and Ayurveda in theory and practice. Her interest has always been in the personal path of each individual to awaken the soul and thus to more harmony and freedom. One can follow her teaching on various topics of personality development, yoga therapy, Ayurveda and traditional Tantra Yoga (especially Kashmir Shivaism) in Berlin. Since her youth she has been interested in the exploration of archetypal manifestations inside and outside the human being.

More teachers from our school who will hold the retreat together with Chloe will be announced.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation until 8th of August 2023: Full refund

Cancellation between 9th – 31st of August 2023: 15,00 € cancellation fee

Cancellation between 1st – 8th of Septeber 2023: 50 % cancellation fee (of the paid price)

Cancellation after 8th of September 2023: No refund
