Workshop Details:

• In-person event for couples only.*
• All genders, ages, and sexual orientations are welcome.
• Limited space —purchase tickets early as we often sell out!
• Bring a water bottle and dress comfortably (yoga pants, layers, and socks are recommended).
• Feel free to bring your favorite blankets and pillows for extra comfort; some will be provided.

*To attend as an individual, you will need to find a practice buddy and buy a ticket together. Your buddy doesn't have to be your romantic partner or the opposite sex.
