About this Event
This month embraces the magik of the CIRCLE, featuring Chakra Movements, Circle Chakra Dance, Circle Meditation, Kundalini Activation with the preparations of breathing, breathwork and Yoga.
In the circle, energy is circulating all the time and the effects of the intention can be doubled or tripled. We will have Chakra opening movements and coordinate those into dancing in a circle by exchanging energy consciously into subtle, yet powerful trance. Also featuring a traditional meditation specifically structured for a circle and other effective practices in the circle.
Kundalini Activation will be at the end as usual. And this time, we will try it in the circle as well.
The teacher will sense the patterns and kinds of blockages and she can choose particular practices match to the students at the time.
