This isn’t about chasing highs or escaping reality. Tantra breathwork is full-body breathing — a gentle, ecstatic practice that leaves you deeply elevated, relaxed, and alive.

Rooted in traditional yogic principles and infused with modern Neo-Tantra wisdom, this session is guided with a trauma-informed approach and held in energetic integrity. All levels welcome.
