About this Event
No lawyer wants to have a complaint made against them, especially early in your career; but how can we guard against mistakes being made and how should you respond if something does go wrong? This talk will introduce the audience to the Master Policy of professional indemnity insurance and how it operates. We will also examine the need to be risk aware at an early stage in your career, and discuss strategies to avoid mistakes and complaints.
