Let’s get ready for the Tucson Tango Festival! This series will focus on “close embrace” aka “milonguero” style which is essential for dancing in crowded dance floors at tango festivals.
We will be exploring what makes a good embrace, as well as tango figures/concepts that are perfect for tight spaces. We will be focusing on how to navigate the tango festivals for floorcraft, clever musicality, and making every tanda count.
