My weekly followers technique classes are returning for another round at a beautiful location in the center, the studio where I also teach Pilates!Join me for a new 8-week seminar starting August 28th at 19:45!
I will also be teaching a 45 minute Pilates mat class from 18:45-19:30 right before the tango class, which is a great way to warm up for the class. Ask me about your special discount for the pilates class :) All levels are welcome.

-learn how to connect with your partner
Pivots, boleos and adornos
-technique for ochos, giros and boleos
Choreographic sequences
-putting adornos to the music
