Saturday June 29:
12:00- 1:15 pm: (INT) Giros Virtuoso - Merging into the art of circular movements. Control and smoothness
1:30 - 2:45 pm: (ADV) Boleos: action and reaction. How to create dynamic for the different impulses. Control of the free leg.
7:00 - 8:15 pm: Lindy Hop: Fun lindy hop moves, connection and style.
Sunday June 30:
1:00 - 2:15 pm: (BEG) Mastering Pivots - Mechanics and dynamics. How to build the spiral in the body
2:30 - 3:45 pm: (BEG-INT) Caminatas - Walking steps. The embrace and the connection, analyzing the structure to have different possibilities.
4:00 - 5:30 pm: Feldenkrais Lesson - Awareness through movement for your tango dance: Learn how to move in a functional way so we can move without effort or tension. We will do an awareness through movement lesson to orient our bodies and then focus on tango movements with good posture and flow to dance with more freedom and enjoyment.

What is Feldenkrais?
The Feldenkrais Method is a type of exercise therapy devised by Israeli Moshé Feldenkrais during the mid-20th century. The method is claimed to reorganize connections between the brain and body and so improve body movement and psychological state. Your own body awareness and attention stimulates the brain to create new neural pathways that enable optimal movement patterns and function. This brain activity is called “neuroplasticity.”
PARKING: Parking is free for the first hour and $2 per hour after (you can get street parking on King Street if you're lucky but it's only free after 6 pm and on Sundays). The parking entrance is on University Avenue immediately after the Coyne St. light and Betty's Burgers. It's super hard to see and folks miss it all the time. After you get your ticket, you turn right and head towards that exit (it looks like a cave), if you look to your right as you go under the overhang you'll see a ramp up to the 2nd level. Go up and park there. The entrance to the studio is right next to the handicapped parking spots. Head through that door and turn to the right and go through the glass doors. The Salon is the red door that is passed the double glass doors.
