Tango d’aire é un viaggio, il nostro e il vostro, nella dolcezza e sicurezza della relazione.
Nasce 3 anni fa dall’incontro di tre amicɜ e dal desiderio comune di offrire, all’interno di uno spazio molto amato, una pratica di tango basata su reciproco ascolto, cura e gioco, all’insegna del cosí chiamato “open role”.
Crediamo, infatti, che abitare con il corpo l’uno e l’altro ruolo (tradizionalmente leader-follower) ci renda piú consapevoli, empaticɜ e disponibili all’incontro e, quindi, alla danza del tango.
Quest’anno, arricchitɜ e trasformatɜ da incontri, partenze e nuove collaborazioni, proponiamo un approccio somatico-organico all’apprendimento e alla pratica del tango. L’idea alla base è che la tecnica (o conoscenza tecnica) dei movimenti si incontri con l’esperienza consapevole di abitare il corpo. Un corpo che si muove, respira, si radica, si espande o si comprime all’interno di un abbraccio e di uno spazio sempre fisico e relazionale.
⇒ Sulle lezioni..
Le lezioni sono articolate su macro-temi da sperimentare piuttosto che su strutture da apprendere o ripetere, anche se “passi e strutture” saranno parte importante delle lezioni.
L’atmosfera di ogni lezione attinge da alcune riflessioni rispetto al bisogno squisitamente umano di stare e sentirsi in relazione, al potere co-regolatore del contatto e del respiro e alla funzione della pelle in quanto nostro più esteso organo sensoriale.
All’insegna di queste consapevolezze e del desiderio di condividere una danza tanto umana e tanto amata vi aspettiamo il 23 Settembre per proseguire o cominciare questo viaggio 🌔

Here we go!! Revitalized and inspired by the summer break, we're resuming our open role tango lessons.
Every Tuesday at the Camera d'Aria theater, starting September 23rd.
> 6:45-8:00 PM for those who have never danced tango
> 8:00-9:15 PM for those who already dance and want to deepen their knowledge or explore new nuances.

⇒ For those who don't know us...
Tango d'aire is a journey, ours and yours, into the sweetness and security of connection.
It was born three years ago from the meeting of three friends and the shared desire to offer, within a much-loved space, a tango practice based on mutual listening, care, and play, under the banner of the so-called "open role."
We believe, in fact, that bodily inhabiting both roles (traditionally leader-follower) makes us more aware, empathetic, and open to encounter and, therefore, to the dance of tango.
This year, enriched and transformed by encounters, departures, and new collaborations, we propose a somatic-organic approach to learning and practicing tango. The underlying idea is that the technique (or technical knowledge) of the movements meets the conscious experience of inhabiting the body. A body that moves, breathes, takes root, expands or compresses within an embrace and a space that is always physical and relational.
⇒ About the classes..
The classes are structured around macro-themes to be experienced rather than structures to be learned or repeated, although "steps and structures" will be an important part of the lesson.
The atmosphere of each class draws on reflections on the exquisitely human need to be and feel connected, on the co-regulatory power of contact and breathing, and the function of the skin as our largest sensory organ.
In the spirit of this awareness and the desire to share such a human and beloved dance, we look forward to seeing you on September 23rd to continue or begin this journey.
