Followed by guided practica and performance at Convergence. Saturday Oct 18 Technique - Free Leg: Focus on enhancing the free leg, projection, control, dissociation, and fluidity. Exercises to refine adornments, sweeps, and active following through body awareness and sensitivity (No partner needed). 1-2:30 pm.
