**Tango Barre course**
Learn and refine the basic tango movements for women, combining technique and elegance through barre exercises. This course includes stretching, feminine adornments, and a short choreography to apply what you've learned.
-----------------Course Structure----------------
1. Warm-up and Stretching
- *Joint Mobility*: Gentle exercises to wake up the body and prepare the joints.
- *Dynamic Stretching*: Focused on legs, hips, and back to increase flexibility.
2. Basic Technique at the Barre
- *Tango Walk*: Forward and backward walking exercises, focusing on posture, projection, and balance.
- *Ochos and Pivoting*: Barre practice of basic ochos, working on weight transfer, hip rotation, and pointed footwork.
3. Adornos
- * Subtle movements and adornments to enhance grace and personal style.
4. Basic Tango Choreography
-* This choreography is designed to be easy to memorize and apply, while elegant enough to focus on connection and control in each movement.
