While Diana fills the space with the soothing resonance of crystal singing bowls, Adriana will enhance the experience by placing and playing Himalayan singing bowls on and around your body. This dual-facilitator approach creates a deeply immersive and vibrationally rich session, guiding you into a profound state of relaxation and inner harmony.

This intimate small-group experience is designed to calm the mind, restore balance, and make your body more receptive to restoration.
For your comfort, a 2-inch fitness mat, small bolster, and blanket are provided.

This Tandem Sound Bath experience, where Himalayan singing bowls are placed on and around the body, is not suitable for individuals with pacemakers, epilepsy, pregnancy, or a current or past history of deep vein thrombosis (DVT). If you have any concerns, please consult your healthcare provider before attending.
Sound baths may produce monaural beats; if you are prone to seizures, you should check with your physician. If you wear a cochlear implant, please let your sound facilitator know. If you have sensory sensitivities, please contact Adriana to discuss options. Results may vary from person to person.
