Join Sandeep as he guides us through an inner yoga journey weaving in breath, rhythm, movement, sound, and stillness. Experience the power of subtle and energetic practices to transcend the mind and connect deeply with your heart.
🌟 What To Expect:
This session will guide you through various Kriyas and a guided meditation. We will begin by opening the spine through movement to allow cerebrospinal fluid to flow freely, followed by various breathing modalities to unlock energy, clear blockages, and facilitate deep emotional release.
Bring an open mind and a willing heart. This practice will leave you feeling deeply grounded and energized at the same time.
No previous experience necessary!

Sandeep Gandhi is a Himalayan Yoga teacher and practitioner with over a 1000 hours of training directly under Master Yogis in the Himalayas.
Having experienced the transformative power of yoga first-hand, Sandeep is very passionate about sharing these practices as a way to connect with our most authentic self and the divine within us. He sees yoga as a clear pathway that empowers us to raise our consciousness and unlock our full potential.
