This workshop aims to change the way you think about stress by offering an opportunity to hear from a Professional in the field of Mental Health & Wellbeing
Not only will you discover the correlation between stress & your morning routine (yes you read that right) , you will also gain some practical, REAL LIFE coping strategies, EASY techniques & tips for taming stress & bolstering your MINDSET in times of overwhelm
In a world that gets busier by the day with growing demand on our attention, stress is something we are having to learn to accept & navigate daily
With 74% of adults reporting feeling overwhelmed by stress in the past year and the very clear link between stress activation and disease; it’s more important than ever to find ways to PREVENT , MANAGE and CONTROL your stress response
Through this workshop you will learn how some stress is GOOD for you and equally how stress is not only aging you but may be your silent unassuming KILLER!
You’ll gain an understanding of how and why stress disrupts your ability to cope with every day life and how you can remedy this with holistic approaches which your doctor may never have told you!
You will find out how stress impacts your mind & body as a whole including your weight, sleep, immune system, memory, ability to fight disease, digestion, autoimmune conditions, poor mental health and perhaps more importantly you will learn ways to alleviate such impact

This workshop is for you if you often feel overwhelmed by life, you have a stressful job / lifestyle, you often experience mental & physical fatigue, you feel stressed/anxious and don’t know why, your busy mind keeps you awake at night or you’re interested in finding ways to protect yourself from burnout in this fast paced world.

▫️About your Facilitator :
Stacie is a Wellbeing Consultant , Mindset Coach & Public Speaker with a life long passion for Mental Health & Disability Awareness
She is also a Specialist Yoga & Mindfulness Practitioner who focuses on the connection between movement, motivation & mental wellbeing.
As co-founder of the very first Nurse-Led Yoga Wellbeing Studio & Retreat Provider, Stacie has delivered both national and international retreats as well as business wellbeing consultancy, therapeutic coaching and community yoga & mindfulness events.
Weaved throughout all of her work is a high level of care, attention to detail and empathy, which is demonstrated by her strengths based, trauma informed unique approach
Stacie holds a Bachelor of Science Nursing Degree and enjoyed a diverse career as a Registered Nurse before choosing to leave the profession to pursue her career in Wellbeing Consultancy
During her time in nursing Stacie specialised in both Mental Health & Autism health services. Whilst nursing she also worked tirelessly to break down barriers to health care for vulnerable service users by educating other health professionals & providers
This journey seen her in the role of key Note Speaker for Learning Disability & Mental Health as well as Conference Chairperson at various national nursing events/conferences
Breaking down barriers to wellbeing has remained central to Stacie’s career endeavours; aiming to make wellbeing tools accessible to ALL
Probably most importantly Stacie speaks from personal experience and challenges and how the various tools and methods she’s researched and explored have generated her own healing and success in supporting others to do the same
