Mark your calendars now! The Tambalan Community Health Fair 2025 will be held on 𝗔𝘂𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝟭𝟲, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱, 𝗦𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗱𝗮𝘆 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM in front of Palma Hall, College of Social Sciences and Philosophy (CSSP), UP Diliman, Quezon City!

𝗧𝗮𝗺𝗯𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗻 [tam.bá.lan.] is a Cebuano term which means 𝗳𝗼𝗹𝗸 𝗱𝗼𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿 (𝗻.); 𝗺𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲 (𝘃.); 𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 (𝘃.). It comes from the root word tambal [tam.bal.] which means medicine (n.); cure (v.); remedy (v.); treat (v.).
In the context of a social movement working for health and human rights, Tambalan means a community coming together to learn more about their campaigns that intersect various sectors and issues, traditional and alternative practices that promote better health and community empowerment, and pursuit of common actions to treat our society’s illness.
The Tambalan Community Health Fair 2025 will have educational and campaign booths, health services, activities and more!
