Tamar is hosting a Music Festival on the farm on the 30th November 2024, to raise money for the Opuke Innovation Hub in Methven. A new initiative to teach trades and skills to the young people in our community. We have secured an amazing line up of talent including some great local musicians from Mt Somers and Staveley. Plus we also have the following -
Bryce Wastney from Nelson who plays a mix of originals and covers like Crowded House, Cat Stevens, Kings of Leon, Radiohead, Tom Petty etc
Brad Staley Trio from Tekapo who will get you up and dancing the night away.
But our biggest stars are The Treble Makers - a newly formed group made up of legends - Jason Kerrison (Opshop), Hamish Gee (The Feelers), Andy Lynch (Zed & The Feelers), & Matt Short (The Feelers). How great are these guys going to be!
We also have lots of food vendors and an entertainment area to keep the kids happy. Camping is available at no extra charge so bring your tent or campervan.
Tickets are available online at iTICKET so get yours now. They are going to be snapped up quickly.
