From preparing the masa to proper assembly and steaming, you'll walk away with tasty, fresh tamales and the how-to for making tamales on your own. We'll also make some pico to top your tamales. You can enjoy your tamales right away and save the extras for later.This class is gluten friendly (Square One is not a gluten free facility though).
