About this Event
In this fun hands on class we will be making traditional tamales with a healthy twist! Chef Bianca will guide the process of making masa, sauces, fillings and asembling with all organic vegtarian ingredients. Our menu includes shredded jackfruit tamales with a red ancho chili sauce, poblano pepper and vegan cheese tamales and pepper and goat cheese tamales with roasted tomatillo sauce. We will also have a few bonus recipes including hemp milk horchata, Mexican hot chocolate and guacamole!
