Venison 2 ways; ragu and pink medallions.
Squash and tofu terrine with redcurrant stuffing and orange glaze.
All served with roast potatoes, roasted carrot, pear and parsnips with watercress pesto, sprouts with cavolo nero and chestnut crumble, red cabbage, and gravy.
Puddings:
Chocolate, chestnut, and almond cake, prune and Armagnac ice cream (can be vegan).
Orange and Campari jelly, pistacchio biscuits, chocolate sauce.
