El objetivo del seminario es educar futuros compradores con el conocimiento necesario para la compra de una vivienda.
Los temas del seminario incluyen: pasos a seguir en la compra de una vivienda, el proceso del préstamo, como evitar préstamos inescrupulosos y con altos intereses, e inspecciones a la propiedad.

This workshop will be conducted entirely in Spanish.
The First Time Home Buyer workshop educates prospective home buyers on the steps to homeownership. The steps include but are not limited to: shopping for a home, the lending process, predatory lending, and home inspections.

The workshop will begin promptly at 8:00 am and doors will close at 9:00 am.
Snacks and lunch are provided. Children are not permitted at any time during the workshop.
