Sacred cacao is the pure, ceremonial-grade chocolate bean—gently prepared and intentionally served.Cacao is a heart-opening plant medicine that has been used ceremonially for thousands of years to support emotional connection, intention-setting, presence, and gentle nervous system regulation.
During this ceremony, we will mindfully receive cacao as a way to soften, open the heart, and set intentional space for what you are ready to welcome, release, or reconnect with.
Following the cacao ceremony, you will be guided into a powerful Vibrational Sound Bath, allowing the frequencies of sound to move through the body, calm the mind, and support deep relaxation and energetic balance.
